An illustrative opportunity

Small shifts in participation can create meaningful value.

For an employer with 500 eligible employees, 60 participants contributing an average of $5,000 could represent $300,000 in pre-tax contributions.

Illustration: $300,000 in eligible contributions × 7.65% = $22,950 before administration fees. This assumes every contribution dollar reduces wages otherwise subject to both employer Social Security and Medicare taxes. Actual savings may be lower. Adjust the assumptions in the savings calculator →

The Caregiver Network
In development

Less paperwork for parents.
More support for caregivers.

A dependent care benefit should connect the people who make care possible. Our Caregiver Network is designed to bring employers, working parents, and care providers into one coordinated experience.

Participating daycare and aftercare providers will be able to submit bills and supporting documents for linked parents in an employer’s DCA plan—taking routine claim paperwork off the parent’s plate.

Care that gives back
1%

A year-end donation to the care provider.

Participating providers receive 1% of their claims actually reimbursed through DependentCares. We fund the year-end donation from our 3% administration fee.

Employers pay a flat 3% of employee deferrals. The provider donation adds no employer charge and does not reduce the parent’s reimbursement.
